About The Position

Implicity is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to build its US commercial engine. This is the first dedicated marketing hire in the US, requiring a blend of strategy and execution. The role owns the full US marketing scope, from positioning to pipeline, with significant strategic autonomy. The Senior Marketing Manager will report directly to HQ and collaborate closely with the VP of US Sales, the US Sales team, and the HQ team in Paris. Additionally, the role supports strategic marketing initiatives and drives demand generation through various channels, including account-based marketing (ABM) and paid acquisition. The Senior Marketing Manager will also define and execute the US events strategy, ensuring commercial impact from trade shows and conferences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment and can work independently while collaborating with a global team.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience in MedTech, Digital Health, or Healthcare SaaS.
  • Cardiology or RPM experience is a strong advantage.
  • Track record of delivering results in both product marketing (messaging, positioning, sales enablement) and demand generation (campaigns, lead nurturing, email marketing).
  • Ability to perform both strategic (positioning & strategy docs) and execution-focused (email workflows) tasks.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical AI data into physician-friendly copy.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Brevo, or equivalent.
  • Ability to pull lists, build reports, and track metrics independently.
  • Strong interest in AI and its impact on marketing.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, scale-up environments where strategy and execution are owned by the individual.
  • Comfort being the only dedicated marketing resource in the US, with support from a global team.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and executing necessary tasks without waiting for direction.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with a European-based global marketing team while driving localized US results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership.
