About The Position

This role is crucial for communicating our value to fleet operators across North America and the UK, directly fueling our mission. You will own the brand voice, drive demand, and elevate BrightOrder's marketing efforts. This is a fast-paced, growth-stage environment where your work will have a significant impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Proven track record in leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in a sales-led environment.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, providing clear expectations and feedback without micromanaging.
  • Full-stack marketing capabilities, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including building workflows and pipelines.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, email nurture) and optimizing them based on pipeline performance.
  • Strong storytelling ability, translating technical features into value propositions for non-technical buyers.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics, including attribution modeling, funnel tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Ability to travel to Mississauga or Waterloo, ON, 3-4 times per year.
  • Ability to pivot quickly, take full ownership, and maintain high standards for oneself and the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (demonstrated experience is valued more highly).
  • Experience marketing complex B2B SaaS platforms with long sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, or logistics technology.

Responsibilities

  • Set the marketing strategy and assist in its execution.
  • Lead, coach, and develop two marketing specialists, focusing on campaign performance and turning competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Experience.
  • Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine to support a sales-led buying motion.
  • Maintain and evolve BrightOrder's brand voice across all marketing channels.
  • Utilize competitive intelligence, GA4 data, and CRM insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies.
