About The Position

Banyan Software is seeking a Marketing Manager for Software Answers, a category leader in business management systems for the long-stay accommodation industry. Software Answers serves corporate housing, serviced apartment, and extended-stay operators across North America and Europe with platforms like Oscar, CodeOne, and res:harmonics. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving marketing programs from idea to execution, managing external resources, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and owning the content marketing program. This role requires hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS, social and email tools, and a background in supporting sales teams with collateral. A strong plus would be experience with multi-region marketing programs and a background in vertical SaaS, hospitality tech, or property management software. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, outcomes-driven, and has a builder mentality, with a strong interest in leveraging AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in B2B marketing with a track record of driving programs from idea to execution
  • Experience managing external resources and coordinating cross-functional workflows to deliver marketing output at pace
  • Ownership of a content marketing program: ideation, calendar management, briefing, and performance tracking
  • Hands-on with HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform), a CMS, and social and email tools
  • A history of working alongside sales teams to ensure they have the collateral and materials they need
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate execution and improve output quality
  • Self-starter: you see what needs to happen and move on it without waiting to be directed
  • Go-getter: you hold the output -- and the people and resources behind it -- to a high standard and bring urgency to what you own
  • Hands-on: you are willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work. You do not manage from a distance -- you get in, you help, and you lead by example
