About The Position

Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a highly organized, client-focused, and strategically minded Marketing Manager to support our Palm Beach and Wellington brokerage business. This role serves as a trusted marketing advisor to our sales professionals, helping them effectively leverage the firm's marketing tools, digital platforms, and brand resources to grow their businesses and elevate the client experience. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving adoption and integration of the company's new Home Platform ecosystem, serving as both a strategic consultant and day-to-day resource for agents and staff. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM platforms, marketing technology, and luxury branding. This individual will oversee one direct report and work closely with brokerage leadership, regional marketing colleagues, and corporate teams to deliver best-in-class marketing support across a fast-paced, high-performing luxury real estate environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a service-oriented culture, communicates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, and can seamlessly balance long-term strategic initiatives with daily execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience required; luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brand experience strongly preferred.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM systems, marketing technology platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience leading technology adoption, change management, or training initiatives is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, presentation, and client service skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, events, sponsorships, and marketing budgets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is equally comfortable operating at both a strategic and tactical level.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic marketing partner to Palm Beach and Wellington sales professionals and teams, providing guidance on branding, digital marketing, advertising, communications, and business development initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional one-on-one marketing support, helping advisors identify opportunities to strengthen their marketing efforts and achieve business goals.
  • Advise agents on best practices related to digital presence, CRM utilization, email marketing, social media, paid media, and client engagement.
  • Support high-profile listings, significant client opportunities, and new business presentations as needed.
  • Partner with brokerage leadership to develop marketing strategies that support office growth, recruitment, retention, and agent productivity.
  • Lead regional implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization of the Home Platform ecosystem across brokerages.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Home Platform tools, functionality, workflows, and best practices.
  • Develop and execute training, communication, and change management initiatives to drive platform adoption and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiencies, and streamline marketing and operational processes through technology.
  • Collaborate with corporate product, technology, and marketing teams to communicate feedback, identify challenges, and advocate for agent needs.
  • Monitor platform utilization, adoption metrics, and user feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop one direct report, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented, and solutions-focused team culture.
  • Oversee prioritization, delegation, and workflow management to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing support and services.
  • Establish and refine operational processes that improve efficiency, consistency, and client experience.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards, company policies, and established marketing procedures.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and listing launches.
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing education for agents and staff on company marketing tools, systems, and resources.
  • Deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions at sales meetings and office events.
  • Develop educational materials, documentation, and communications that promote best practices and increase utilization of marketing resources.
  • Communicate new initiatives, product enhancements, and company programs to agents and leadership.
