The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans and tactics for the organisation (or lines of business and brands within an organisation) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves comprehensive management of CRM campaigns across Primo’s brand portfolio, developing customer journeys, and maintaining the CRM calendar. The manager will also oversee the Rewards Drop loyalty program, ensuring a seamless user experience and managing digital promotions to boost member engagement. Additionally, the role includes supporting the execution of national and regional sweepstakes across various digital channels, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing collateral. Cross-functional collaboration is key, assisting the Associate Director of Strategy and Activation, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA.
