Job Summary We are seeking a Marketing Manager who will be supporting our co-manufacturing network by leveraging on our consumer and market knowledge to define business opportunities for Co-Manufacturing (CoMan) customers based on consolidating and analyzing a broad set of market data. As our Marketing Manager for CoMan, you will focus on deploying marketing services programs as suitable per customer; you will manage our Promotional investment budget; support our CoMan customer to develop long terms plans of investments including packaging innovation; enable their sales force to be more knowledgeable in promoting our value proposition to brands, retailers and, via marketing communication, promote our CoMan network to convert more brands. The position is hybrid based in Denton, TX .

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • At least 7 years working experience in marketing (experience inside marketing within Tetra Pak is desirable)
  • At least 5 years working within the food industry
  • High Self-motivation and drive
  • Solid Leadership Skills
  • A positive attitude, being patient, self-initiated, self-motivated, a team player and drive to build cooperation models between teams
  • Availability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Fluent English skills, written and spoken (Spanish desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the CoMan marketing team
  • Work close with account management teams to develop product portfolio deployment plans.
  • Support execution of key account development plan / marketing and product
  • Ensure strategic alignment with our CoMan Sales customers on market and product strategies.
  • Build marketing and investment strategic alignment with customers
  • Evolve capabilities of our CoMan network in promoting and selling cartons and capturing new customers (CoMan as a sales channel)
  • Promote our CoMan Network by working with Comms team and with focus on PI return of investment
  • Strengthen our position on Retail using the CoMan network as a channel
  • Drive Market Support ROI
  • Drive deployment of Tetra Pak products/ solutions
  • Drive sustainability and shelf stable messaging
  • Identify market opportunities and convert into customers’ sales growth
  • Present category and product growth opportunities to customers as requested.
  • Execute marketing activities with customers and implement marketing support investment plan
  • Product launch/ marketing planning for customers
  • Build value propositions
  • Explore new opportunities for existing and new customers
  • Figure out consumer insights and capture new opportunities
  • Get inspiration across categories and industries and apply to existing busines
