About The Position

Manage all social media, website, video crews etc. Review and manage all analytics, communicating where necessary to the team and dealer network.

Requirements

  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Excellent writing, proofreading and organizational skills
  • Ability to interface with all levels of management
  • Excellent PC skills including Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Familiarity with internet and e-mail process.
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Understanding basic office practices and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with all members of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage website sales of Parker apparel.
  • Collaborate with staff to create catalogs, brochures, POP and other sales support items.
  • Distribute press releases and dealer communications as needed.
  • Create and maintain calendar of events; advertising production calendars
  • Maintain industry publications archive.
  • Manage and schedule photo shoots as needed.
  • Fulfill dealer/sales manager with collateral requests and monitor inventory; invoice dealers as appropriate.
  • Archive for photography.
  • Maintain records of corporate and competitive ads and article mentions.
  • Liaison for Dealer Intranet Marketing page.
  • Provide additional support and conduct special projects as needed.
