About The Position

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role collaborates cross-functionally with sales, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong ability to translate strategy into measurable results while supporting both external marketing initiatives and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or related role (B2B experience preferred)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on execution

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events, and web)
  • Support go-to-market initiatives for products, services, or verticals
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Develop and manage marketing content including emails, website pages, case studies, blogs, and sales materials
  • Support internal communications including company announcements, newsletters, leadership messaging, and change initiatives
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across both external and internal channels
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical offerings into customer-focused messaging
  • Plan and support industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events from end to end
  • Coordinate logistics including booth setup, marketing collateral, registrations, and vendor management
  • Partner with sales to align pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up
  • Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and ROI
  • Manage and optimize digital channels including website, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
  • Support marketing automation and CRM initiatives
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, conversion rates, engagement, and ROI
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate campaign performance
  • Provide insights to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategy
  • Partner with sales teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and revenue goals
  • Develop tools and collateral to support the sales process
  • Coordinate with product, operations, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives
