About The Position

Cosi Care is on a mission to support people living with skin conditions by creating innovative, comforting solutions. We’re looking for a talented, organized, and creative Marketing Manager to join our team for a fixed term of up to six months. This is an exciting opportunity to own our marketing calendar, manage content creation, and lead campaigns that grow our community and brand impact. We have a following of over 100,000 across our social platforms and are looking to launch and scale our UK company in the USA!

Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing management, brand marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy and hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
  • Confident in briefing, managing, and reviewing the work of creators and collaborators.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, META and google ads.
  • Organized and proactive, with excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
  • Creative thinker who understands the Cosi Care brand and link our mission to trends, trends but can also build structured, measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a strategic marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns, content, product launches, and collaborations are well-planned and executed on time. Includes B2C and B2B activities.
  • Identify and execute key B2C and B2B trade show opportunities.
  • Manage and coordinate content creation: briefing and overseeing in-house creators, freelancers, and UGC platforms to deliver engaging, on-brand material.
  • Lead our social media presence across TikTok, Instagram and beyond: ensuring consistent, high-quality output and community engagement.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer and brand collaborations, ensuring partnerships deliver strong ROI.
  • Oversee paid advertising to ensure it aligns with our strategy and marketing plan.
  • Plan and execute giveaways and promotional campaigns, from concept through to reporting.
  • Monitor marketing performance (engagement, reach, conversions, revenue impact) and provide insights to continuously improve strategy.
  • Manage marketing budgets across content, influencer partnerships, and paid activity, ensuring efficient use of resources.
