This position is an integral part of on-site marketing and communications to ensure that the property is executing marketing strategies and tactics and the creation of unique programing consistent with the corporate brand standards, producing materials in a timely manner and on budget to meet the needs of the different revenue generating departments. POSITION SUMMARY Works with the Director of Sales & Marketing, Managing Director and home office team members to ensure that branding and creative standards in all areas are upheld. Manages creative projects from concept to completion, maintains the integrity of the brand voice, and translates marketing objectives into creative tactics to drive revenue while building brand awareness and engagement. Interacts with designated branding, media, public relations and print companies as well as sales, spa, food & beverage and all other revenue producing areas to ensure that communication material is produced to company branding standards and delivered in a timely manner. Manages social media and email marketing platforms. Works closely with home office team members including VP of Communications, VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing, to ensure strategic marketing communication needs are consistent and being met. Acts as the direct report for the Marketing Coordinator position.
