About The Position

Cosi Care is a fast-growing, mission-led medical device and skincare brand supporting people living with chronic itch and skin conditions such as eczema. Co-Founded by a product designer and entrepreneur, we combine engineering, evidence based design, and community-driven storytelling to create genuinely life-changing products. With strong traction in the UK and rapid expansion in the US, we’re now entering a critical performance-scaling phase— and we’re looking for a best-in-class paid media leader to architect and transform our paid acquisition engine. This is not a “set up ads and report” role. This is a strategic, analytical, commercially critical position. We are hiring an exceptionally experienced Meta & Google Ads Manager to own, evolve, and scale our paid media strategy across the US and UK. You will act as the paid growth authority within the business — shaping strategy, building robust testing frameworks, deeply analyzing performance, and guiding content creation strategy for paid media. You will work closely with the founder, creative team, and wider marketing function, and be expected to challenge assumptions, raise the bar, and bring elite-level performance thinking into the business.

Requirements

  • Experience managing high-spend Meta and Google Ads accounts, ideally in DTC / e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale performance profitably, not just drive top-line revenue.
  • Extremely strong analytical skills — you are comfortable living in the data.
  • Proven experience working closely with founders or senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Attribution challenges
  • Creative-led growth
  • Paid media as part of a wider growth ecosystem
  • Confident, opinionated, and commercially minded — able to explain why something is or isn’t working.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or regulated consumer products.
  • Experience scaling brands internationally (UK ↔ US).
  • Experience mentoring junior performance marketers.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid acquisition strategy across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max).
  • Design and execute a scalable, multi-channel growth framework aligned with revenue, CAC, LTV, and margin targets.
  • Lead budget planning, allocation, and forecasting across platforms with clear commercial rationale.
  • Deliver deep, insight-led analysis — not surface-level reporting.
  • Diagnose performance issues and opportunities across:
  • Creative fatigue and iteration
  • Audience structure and signal quality
  • Funnel conversion points
  • Incrementality and attribution
  • Translate complex data into clear recommendations for the founder and leadership team.
  • Partner with content and creative teams to:
  • Build structured creative testing roadmaps
  • Define winning angles, hooks, formats, and messaging
  • Iterate rapidly based on performance signals
  • Guide UGC, founder-led content, and performance creative with a commercial lens.
  • Maintain best-in-class account structures for Meta and Google.
  • Ensure robust tracking and data integrity (Pixel, CAPI, GA4, attribution models).
  • Confidently navigate algorithm changes, learning phases, and platform volatility.
  • Act as a trusted senior advisor on paid growth.
  • Confidently challenge ideas when data suggests a better approach.
  • Support international scaling, new product launches, and promotional strategy.
