Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or social media
- Someone who is creative, positive, and loves characters & pop culture
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A team player who can also work independently
- Passion for storytelling and brand building
Nice To Haves
- Video editing (Reels, TikToks, short-form content)
- Knowledge of photography
- Experience with Photoshop
- Illustration or drawing skills
- A good eye for cute, colorful, and fun visuals
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our social media and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and sales
- Create and plan fun, engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Help shape the story and voice of our characters
- Work closely with our team on product launches, promotions, and campaigns
- Analyze performance and suggest new ideas to grow our audience
- Keep our brand fresh, playful, and exciting
