About The Position

PepsiCo is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Water Portfolio, specifically focusing on the bubly brand and the Montellier partnership. This role is crucial for accelerating growth in the rapidly expanding carbonated water category. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing a strategic vision, setting the agenda, and ensuring strong execution to achieve both short-term and long-term results. This position involves leading two direct reports and driving the overall agenda for the portfolio. The ideal candidate is passionate about consumer marketing, thrives in a fast-paced and competitive environment, and has a winning mindset.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in consumer packaged goods marketing
  • 2+ years of demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing others
  • Strong conception and fundamental strategic thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to win through superior consumer marketing, ability to build a brand from its core
  • Proven ability to lead agency relationships to achieve gold standard results

Responsibilities

  • Positively influence the organization to drive focus and momentum behind the water portfolio to solidify share growth for PEP Water driven by bubly brand acceleration.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution for the water portfolio within the context of the total corporate strategic plan.
  • Lead communication and media strategy as well as the development & execution of marketing plans/activities on time and on budget.
  • Independently lead cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class execution of innovation and initiatives at retail.
  • Work closely with US/ Global Marketing teams.
  • Lead IAT teams and maintain strong agency relationships.
  • Lead & drive Montellier partnership Agenda (business & comms) working closely with key partnerships team.
  • Liaise with key partners (FOBOs, ACL, Field Sales & Key Account teams) to leverage DSD capability and optimize programs.
  • Deliver volume & NR commitments across the water portfolio.
  • Monitor portfolio performance on a period basis to proactively identify course corrections and/or new opportunities.
  • Effectively manage A&M budget.
  • Build team capability and challenge processes for efficiency & effectiveness.
  • Manage, motivate, coach and develop direct reports.
