About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for marketing, communications and client experiences, working to drive guest satisfaction, engagement and sales for a premier NYC client. This is an on-site position that is highly visible and engages with our clients and daily operations. This person is a pivotal partner to the F&B operations team, promoting several "surprise and delight" culinary events throughout the year. Our Marketing Manager MUST be a proactive "do-er" with a can do attitude and an eye always on the details. Details matter! This role demands an experienced events marketing professional with proven experience engaging internal teams, and driving utilization & client/guests engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3+ years or relevant on site Food & Beverage / Hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred
Food & Beverage experience is a must - you understand food & beverage operations
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, One Note, Word, Excel, Power Point
Skilled in design programs (Canva, PowerPoint, etc)
Able to manage multiple projects at a time with sharp organizational skills

Responsibilities

Pre-Launch and Launch Presentations & Communications
Marketing Calendar
Create and implement fun and exciting promotions to drive client engagement and participation including guest chef series, catering promotions/showcases and wellness engagement program
Lead planning and development of client-specific holidays and promotions
Engage and onboard new Restaurant Partners Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
Communicates project details across all levels of the organization and across multiple departments
