The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of marketing plans, overseeing various marketing channels (digital, social, influencer, experiential), managing content calendars, paid campaigns, and influencer partnerships. They will use analytics to measure performance and optimize strategies. Collaboration with Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams is crucial for unified storytelling. The role also involves managing digital and performance marketing, including ad trafficking, email marketing with Klaviyo, and maintaining reporting dashboards. Content creation, community engagement, event conceptualization and execution, and operations/process management using systems like Asana are also key aspects of the position. Requirements

  • Lead the implementation of annual and seasonal marketing plans that support company objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social, influencer, and experiential, ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment.
  • Own day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies are met.
  • Manage and optimize content calendars, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with the Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure unified storytelling across product launches, promotions, and in-store experiences.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to manage ad trafficking, reporting, and weekly optimizations.
  • Oversee Klaviyo email marketing operations, including campaign planning, segmentation, flows, and A/B testing.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards across email, paid, and social to track performance and inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the content pipeline, ensuring shoots, edits, approvals, and publishing are executed on time.
  • Act as a working creative partner, stepping in to concept or create content when needed.
  • Conceptualize and execute community-driven activations, collaborations, and VIP events that strengthen brand loyalty.
  • Own end-to-end event execution, including timelines, budgets, vendor coordination, staffing, and post-event reporting.
  • Partner with store and ecommerce teams to integrate marketing efforts into client experiences and product storytelling.
  • Implement and manage marketing workflows and project management systems (e.g., Asana), ensuring visibility across all active projects.
  • Establish and refine processes that improve team efficiency, speed, and output quality.
