As a Marketing Manager, you will be a specialist within the Sports Medicine with a focus on our Enabling Technologies portfolio. As our Marketing Manager, you will be the strategic leader of their portfolio to deliver top line revenue, profitability, and bottom-line budget targets. You will be responsible for formulating a portfolio strategy and roadmap, creating launch plans and marketing programs to inspire and motivate the sale steam to deliver annual revenue targets and portfolio performance. Requirements

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans for a product portfolio, partnering closely with senior marketing leadership and cross‑functional teams
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Sales, Operations, Finance, Regulatory, Clinical, Compliance, Legal, and Global/US Marketing teams
  • Proven experience leading local product launches, regionalizing global marketing materials, and delivering programs that drive customer demand and adoption
  • Deep understanding of product portfolios, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics, with the ability to translate insights into effective sales enablement tools
  • Experience gathering and analyzing market intelligence, including in‑market presence, customer insights, and trend analysis to inform strategy and forecasting
  • Ability to support medical education initiatives, engage key opinion leaders, and incorporate voice‑of‑customer feedback into marketing strategies
  • Experience collaborating on RFPs, pricing strategies, contract submissions, and capital sales initiatives
  • Ability to manage portfolio performance, monitor key metrics, and support demand forecasting and supply planning
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, with the agility to pivot quickly in response to market changes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or product management within healthcare or medical devices
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system
  • High‑energy, collaborative mindset with an entrepreneurial approach to innovation
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30%, primarily within Canada
  • All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols

  • Orthopaedics experience strongly preferred
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset
