The AbbVie Patient Services Marketing Manager leads the development and execution of the patient omnichannel marketing plan, including digital patient intervention workstreams for Immunology brands, focused on Dermatology. This role requires strong collaboration within the cross-functional AbbVie Patient Services organization, which includes Franchise Leadership, Patient Engagement, Marketing Operations, Business Technology Solutions, Access & Reimbursement, Field/HCP teams, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Marketing Analytics/Business Insights. Externally, the Marketing Manager will work closely with agency partners and consultants to collaborate on defining CRM content strategy and ultimately the successful implementation of marketing plans for numerous stakeholders. This role involves a complementary mix of creative stewardship, experience strategy, systems thinking, and innovation thought leadership - serving as a catalyst to help elevate the patient experience and continue to drive AbbVie’s digital transformation.
