About The Position

The Marketing Manager – Nutrition Portfolio is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth across Life Time's Nutrition Portfolio, including Nutrition Coaching, the LTH Supplement Line and the Life Time Health & Wellness Hub. This role serves as the primary marketing lead for the Nutrition Portfolio across the entire Life Time ecosystem, creating seamless member experiences that connect in-center touchpoints —including LifeCafe, Personal Training, Health Coaches, retail, and club programming – with digital experiences across web, app, email, social media, e-commerce, and transactional marketing channels. The position is also responsible for marketing to a variety of audiences, including members, clients, and non-members, while developing strategies tailored to each segment's unique needs and stage in the customer journey. The Marketing Manager ensures a cohesive nutrition experience regardless of where or how members engage with the Life Time brand. Working closely with the business, Registered Dietitians, nutrition coaches, supplement experts and cross-functional marketing partners, this role translates business objectives into member-centric marketing strategies, campaigns, and experiences that simplify complex health and wellness topics while driving measurable business results. Leveraging member insights, business performance data, and industry trends, the Marketing Manager identifies growth opportunities, optimizes marketing performance, and develops go-to-market strategies that support both portfolio growth and long-term member engagement. This position drives strategic priorities forward, manages up to two direct reports, and collaborates across marketing, operations, technology, product, and club teams to deliver exceptional member experiences and business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical rigor, and strong leadership skills with a passion for helping people improve their health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nutrition, Health & Wellness, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or related disciplines, with demonstrated responsibility for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Experience in health, wellness, nutrition, supplements, fitness, healthcare, or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting e-commerce businesses and transactional marketing.
  • Understanding of health, nutrition, and supplement marketing guidelines.
  • Proven ability to develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes, including awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, member/customer journey development, and lifecycle marketing across digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Experience leveraging business performance data, consumer insights, and market trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and effectively collaborate with business leaders, operations, product, technology, creative, and channel partners.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience monitoring KPIs and communicating performance insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex projects, competing priorities, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing team members while fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, content management systems, analytics tools, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or related industries, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling member-centric marketing strategies.
