The Content Operations Manager – Nutrition Portfolio leads the planning, creation, and execution of member-facing, and trainer-related content across the Nutrition Portfolio, including Nutrition Coaching, the LTH Supplement line and the Life Time Health & Wellness Hub. Reporting to the Marketing Manager – Nutrition Portfolio, this execution-heavy role is responsible for bringing marketing strategies to life through compelling content that educates, engages, converts and retains. This position partners closely with the marketing manager, business owner, Registered Dietitians, nutrition coaches, supplement experts, and internal marketing teams to develop content across digital, social, email, ecommerce, web, in-app, video, and any other emerging channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly resourceful, creative, and execution-oriented, with a passion for health and wellness and the ability to create content in any environment — from capturing content on an iPhone to leveraging AI tools or supporting larger-scale productions. This role thrives on turning ideas into action, proactively identifying content opportunities, and producing high-quality content that educates audiences, drives engagement, and supports measurable business growth.
