CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager, New Ventures to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio. This role focuses on increasing attach rates, deepening member engagement, and expanding average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle, and Analytics, you will shape positioning, packaging, and promotional strategy for new offerings — ensuring they are clearly differentiated, compelling, and seamlessly integrated into the member experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands subscription economics and knows how to drive incremental revenue while balancing long-term retention.
