About The Position

The primary focus of the position is to provide strategic support and management of regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities. This role involves supporting the Regional Marketing Director in creating marketing plans, managing the development of creative marketing materials, and analyzing the effectiveness of various marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing competitive messaging, conducting media audits, and staying updated on vendor products. Additionally, the role supports new property marketing transitions and ensures brand standards are maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of related multifamily marketing experience
  • Extensive copywriting experience and excellent command of the English language required
  • Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, patient, and ambitious attitude is essential
  • Strong copywriting, organizational and administrative skills are necessary
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Will demonstrate a desire to work independently with various departments within the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the Yardi product suite is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe In-Design or the Creative Suites platform helpful.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketing Director with the creation of marketing plans and strategies, including market research, advertising costs, and demographic profiles.
  • Manage the development of creative marketing materials and collateral for on-site team members.
  • Coordinate direct mailers, outreach marketing (local merchants, preferred employer programs, resident referral programs, marketing to locators, home builders, and corporate accommodations), and signage implementation.
  • Work with design teams, third-party vendors, and on-site associates to create and write ads for various media to generate qualified traffic and promote the Pinnacle brand.
  • Develop competitive messaging for property websites.
  • Review and analyze traffic reports and ROI to determine marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct audits on various media and technology performance areas.
  • Acquire contracts from national media vendors and stay abreast of their products.
  • Support the Regional Marketing Director in educating regional team members on new innovations and marketing partnerships.
  • Analyze property demographics and develop marketing campaigns to attract specific demographics (student, senior, affordable, garden, urban, etc.).
  • Support the Regional Marketing Director in maintaining marketing standard operating policies and procedures.
  • Attend client meetings on behalf of the Regional Marketing Director.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings on behalf of the Regional Marketing Director.
  • Support new property marketing transitions.
  • Work with the Regional Marketing Director in ensuring Pinnacle's brand standards are maintained.
  • Support the Regional Marketing Director in updating the marketing tool box with new deliverable templates.
  • Other functions as assigned.
