About The Position

HERE Technologies is seeking a Marketing Manager for the AMERICAS region to drive lead generation along with account and market growth strategies. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and execute innovative marketing strategies that inspire growth and deepen customer connections. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to bring fresh ideas to life and ensure our campaigns are delivering results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of the AMERICAS market and customer communications.
  • Solid experience in go-to-market planning, multi-channel marketing, and B2B SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
  • Expertise in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Event management experience.
  • Openness to travel up to 30% of the time to support on-site events.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional lead generation strategies that align with global marketing objectives.
  • Implement field marketing initiatives, including partner co-marketing events, webinars, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), email nurturing, case studies, and social media campaigns.
  • Collaborate across sales, marketing and product global teams to ensure regional alignment and optimize local impact.
  • Manage high-touch marketing programs that increase brand awareness, accelerate the sales pipeline, and build customer relationships; including industry conferences, proprietary events and other customer engaging tactics.
  • Identify and activate joint go-to-market opportunities with strategic partners through events, campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with Partner Account Managers to develop integrated marketing plans.
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of marketing efforts to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of customer profiles and account segmentation for targeted marketing campaigns.
