We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to own the go-to-market strategy and execution for Sphera’s Hazardous Material Management System (HMMS) suite - a purpose-built solution for U.S. government and defense organizations. Reporting to the VP, Demand Acceleration, role sits at the intersection of demand generation and product marketing, requiring someone who understands the unique procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and stakeholder dynamics of government accounts. You will develop compelling messaging and campaigns that connect Sphera’s HMMS capabilities to the specific needs of defense, federal, and military installations. The ideal candidate brings proven B2B SaaS marketing experience alongside a working knowledge of the federal and municipalities market landscape.
