This role will play a critical part in shaping the future Advanced Energy portfolio, with primary emphasis on supporting new product development activities through market insight, innovation marketing, and early commercialization planning. The Advanced Energy Manager is responsible for supporting early stage innovation marketing, market assessments, and market research in direct support of new product development initiatives across the Advanced Energy portfolio. This role partners closely with R&D, Global Strategic Marketing, and portfolio leadership to inform development direction, de risk design and prioritization decisions, and ensure strong market alignment throughout the development process. The role will focus on generating customer and market insights, evaluating technology concepts, and providing strategic marketing input to development teams, with increasing ownership of early development projects and future launch support. The individual will also support select external innovation initiatives as needed to advance overall portfolio strategy. This position is not eligible for sales incentives or commissions.
