The Marketing Manager – Events & Programming is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a comprehensive events strategy designed to drive traffic, elevate the guest experience, strengthen community engagement, and support the overall brand presence of the property. This role is highly hands-on and execution-focused, with ownership of the full event lifecycle from concept development and planning through on-site management, post-event reporting, and continuous improvement. This position oversees a robust calendar of events, including signature property events, seasonal programming, retailer and brand activations, pop-ups, sponsorship-driven experiences, community events, charitable initiatives, VIP moments, entertainment, and family-friendly programming. They partner closely with internal teams, tenants, vendors, sponsors, community organizations, security, operations, and external production partners to ensure every event is thoughtfully planned, brand-right, operationally sound, and flawlessly executed. The ideal candidate is an experienced event professional who is highly organized, solutions-oriented, creative, and calm under pressure. This individual should be comfortable managing multiple events at once, leading cross-functional coordination, working evenings and weekends as needed, and creating memorable experiences that reflect the brand, engage guests, and deliver measurable results.
