About The Position

Academy of the Digital Industries (ADI) is a global Edtech platform with over 30,000 graduates, founded on the principle of training individuals with the necessary digital skills. Our programs are developed by industry professionals, focusing on what companies truly need, and delivered in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. In 2023, ADI merged with Tether to expand its reach globally, aiming to provide education that drives real progress. We are currently preparing a new generation of digital professionals in marketing, design, programming, and content creation, individuals who seek to make a difference. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads (Ads Manager, not just boosting posts).
  • Strong understanding of the Czech market and audience – knowing what works locally.
  • Creative thinking combined with an interest in numbers and results.
  • Experience in briefing creatives or working with graphic designers.
  • Analytical skills – ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.
  • Native-level Czech language proficiency.
  • English proficiency sufficient for written communication with the team.
  • Proactive approach – taking initiative without constant direction.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Ads or TikTok.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO or email marketing.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (GA4, Meta Business Suite).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and launch paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), from concept to execution.
  • Develop campaign ideas and content concepts that resonate with the Czech and Slovak audiences.
  • Provide clear briefs to graphic designers and ensure the final outputs align with the intended vision.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Analyze the competition and identify opportunities for testing new strategies.
  • Seek and develop strategic partnerships to expand ADI's reach in the Czech and Slovak markets.
  • Represent ADI at industry events, meetups, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals.
