About The Position

We are seeking a Digital & CRM Marketing Manager to own and optimize our digital and lifecycle marketing ecosystem across digital channels (CRM, email, SMS, paid search, SEO, website, social). This role is responsible for building scalable, data-driven programs that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate requires strong HubSpot expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to partner cross-functionally and manage external vendors while translating data into clear, actionable insights.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital and CRM marketing
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot (required)
  • Proven experience managing email, SMS, SEM, SEO, and website-related initiatives
  • Experience optimizing automated workflows and customer journeys at scale
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in high-volume or growth-oriented environments

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day CRM management with deep expertise in HubSpot, including data architecture, properties, lists, and workflows
  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain automated workflows and customer journeys across the full lifecycle
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, hygiene, and compliance to support accurate segmentation and personalization
  • Plan, execute, and optimize email and SMS marketing programs, including promotional, transactional, onboarding, and retention campaigns
  • Manage campaign calendars, QA processes, approvals, and deployment
  • Continuously test and optimize subject lines, content, cadence, and segmentation to improve engagement and conversion
  • Build and manage audience lists and segments using behavioral, transactional, and engagement data
  • Apply a data-driven decision-making approach to optimize campaigns and customer experiences
  • Leverage insights to inform messaging, channel mix, and personalization strategies
  • Own reporting and dashboard management, clearly communicating actionable insights to internal stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize SEM (paid search) programs, including strategy, execution, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee SEO strategy, working with internal teams or external vendors to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
  • Manage ongoing website updates and optimization, partnering with design, development, and content teams
  • Ensure website content, forms, tracking, and CRM integrations are functioning correctly and aligned with campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and customer experience
  • Manage social media marketing efforts, including content coordination, campaign support, and performance tracking
  • Oversee local listings management, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies across paid media, SEO, CRM, and website
  • Lead and support CRM and marketing technology integrations to enable seamless data flow and attribution
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and scale best practices
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends, CRM best practices, and emerging tools
