About The Position

As Local Logic’s Creative & Brand Marketing Manager, you will help shape how our brand shows up across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on, mid-level marketing role for someone who is especially strong in design and video production, but also comfortable contributing across social media, campaign execution, and written marketing content as needed. You will be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that bring our brand, products, and value propositions to life across channels. That includes everything from ad creatives and short-form video to social posts, website visuals, presentations, sales collateral, and campaign materials. You should be someone who can move quickly, think creatively, and use modern AI tools to scale content production without compromising quality. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will play a key role in increasing the speed, volume, and consistency of Local Logic’s creative output while helping ensure our brand remains polished, modern, and effective. This is a hybrid role based in Montreal, with regular in-person collaboration expected.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in creative marketing, brand marketing, multimedia, or a similar hands-on role.
  • Strong design skills and a clear eye for visual storytelling, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Strong video creation and editing skills.
  • Comfort using AI tools to improve speed and scale creative production.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality work quickly.
  • Comfort writing short-form marketing copy when needed.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Based in Montreal and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, proptech, real estate, or a similarly fast-moving technology environment
  • Experience creating content for executive branding, thought leadership, or founder-led social media.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, as well as Claude, ElevenLabs, or Nano Banana.
  • Experience with CMS tools such as WordPress.
  • Experience adapting creative for paid campaigns and understanding what makes ad creative perform.
  • Bilingual English/French.

Responsibilities

  • Create marketing assets across channels, including paid ads, social graphics, short-form video, presentations, one-pagers, website visuals, and campaign materials.
  • Produce and edit video content for product marketing, social media, events, customer stories, and brand initiatives.
  • Support social media with both visual content and written copy tailored to the platform and audience.
  • Turn campaigns, product launches, customer stories, and thought leadership into compelling creative executions.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate design, video, editing, repurposing, and production workflows.
  • Repurpose existing content into multiple formats, including graphics, videos, social assets, and short-form copy.
  • Write supporting marketing content when needed, including captions, ad copy, video scripts, headlines, and landing page copy.
  • Help maintain and evolve Local Logic’s brand across channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders to move projects from concept to final delivery.
