About The Position

You'll join the Product & Brand Marketing team as a creative full-stack marketer — the kind of person who can pitch a creator campaign in the morning, write a thought leadership piece at lunch, and brief an event activation by end of day. You're the engine behind Vibe's brand narrative across channels that require editorial taste, creative judgment, and strategic thinking. You'll own Creator/Influencer, Content & Thought Leadership, and eventually help scale channels like Reddit, YouTube and TikTok. These are channels where data informs decisions but creative quality drives outcomes. You bring your own creative flavor and an AI-first operating style that lets you move across 3 channels with the output of an entire marketing department.

Requirements

  • 4–5+ years in B2B content marketing, brand marketing, creator/influencer marketing, or lifecycle/email marketing
  • Proven ownership of at least 2 marketing channels simultaneously — not one narrow slice of a large team
  • Exceptional writing — a CEO LinkedIn post, a 20-page playbook, and a creator brief can all ship in the same day and each feels distinct
  • AI automation for content — you use Claude, Manus, or similar tools daily and have built automations that systematize content production at scale, not just assist with individual tasks
  • Experience managing external partners (creators, agencies, freelancers) and getting great work out of them
  • KPI ownership — you're not just shipping content, you're tracking what it does and adjusting
  • Email marketing and lifecycle chops — CustomerIO (or equivalent CRM/CDP), segmentation, and connecting email strategy to the broader content playbook
  • Community growth experience — building partnerships with newsletters, podcasts, and communities in your category

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in connected TV (CTV), streaming, or B2B SaaS
  • Existing relationships with marketing influencers or industry creators
  • Experience producing podcasts or YouTube content
  • Background at a company known for strong brand and content marketing
  • Product marketing instincts — positioning, messaging, competitive awareness, and genuine curiosity about the adtech/CTV market

Responsibilities

  • Build the Creator Program
  • Identify, recruit, and manage creators and industry influencers who can speak credibly to performance marketers
  • Produce creator-led content for YouTube, LinkedIn, and podcasts — use cases first, not generic product plugs
  • Design campaigns that showcase real Vibe applications: ABM on TV, retargeting, incrementality measurement
  • Own Content & Thought Leadership
  • Ship one high-value content piece per week — fully repurposed across email, paid ads, and social
  • Produce playbooks, industry reports, how-to guides, expert interviews, and webinars that build on the CTV Playbook's success
  • Ghostwrite and co-produce thought leadership for senior leadership across LinkedIn, blog, and industry publications
  • Use AI to accelerate drafts, research, and repurposing — bring the editorial judgment that makes the final product feel authoritative
  • Grow Community Presence
  • Partner with newsletters, podcasts, and communities in the CTV/streaming and adtech space — infiltrate the channels your audience already trusts
  • Drive authority through reliable community sponsorships and partnerships, not just high-visibility one-off campaigns
  • Bring genuine curiosity about the adtech and CTV market — understand our customers, their personas, and what makes the space tick, and let that intelligence shape everything you create
  • Launch & Run Lifecycle Email
  • Audit existing lifecycle audiences and map initial segments within the first 90 days — get hands-on in CustomerIO and our CDP to understand what we're working with
  • Build and launch onboarding, re-engagement, and nurture flows from scratch
  • Tie every flow to a measurable outcome — pipeline influence, activation, retention
  • Own the Metrics
  • Track content authority, social reach, downloads, and pipeline contribution — not just output
  • Spot opportunities for growth on new channels
