At AWS, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to operationalize world-class product marketing across our AI app and agent building products, including Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and Strands. This role requires a systems-thinker who can ensure complex marketing organizations run at peak velocity. The ideal candidate will connect the dots across launches, campaigns, events, and measurement, ensuring product marketing teams can focus on their core functions while the underlying operational engine runs flawlessly. You will serve as the operational connective tissue between product marketing and key partner marketing teams, including demand generation, account-based marketing, content studio, events, and launch operations. We are looking for a blend of program management and marketing operations expertise to orchestrate launches, coordinate field enablement, manage analyst engagement, and build measurement mechanisms to demonstrate marketing impact. You will partner with Product Marketing Managers, Campaign Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely launches, adequate campaign resourcing, and accurate measurement of results. This role is for individuals who thrive at the intersection of marketing strategy and operational excellence and want to be a force multiplier in bringing AWS AI products to market.
