Requirements

  • Enjoys the fast-paced, dynamic environment of startups at Seed, Series A, stages in marketing roles.
  • Has worked tight with GTM and enterprise sales deals all the way from initial contact to closing.
  • Brings a strong sense of ownership and a true entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Makes decisions based on data and insights.
  • Experience working with partnerships and handling events marketing.

  • Experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.

Responsibilities

  • Establish Endra as a category-defining voice, shaping thought leadership, customer stories, and industry engagement to build credibility and trust.
  • Own and execute Endra’s end-to-end marketing strategy, defining goals, positioning, and priorities across brand, demand generation, product marketing, and communications.
  • Translate company objectives into measurable marketing plans, with clear KPIs, dashboards, and regular reporting on pipeline impact, CAC, and ROI.
  • Scale Endra’s brand and market presence, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels including website, content, PR, events, partnerships, and sales enablement.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, and leadership, aligning go-to-market strategy, launches, and narratives with Endra’s product roadmap and customer needs.
  • Drive demand generation and growth initiatives, owning campaign strategy, channel mix, budget allocation, and continuous optimization based on performance data.
