As Lifemark continues to grow through acquisitions across Canada, we are looking for a Marketing Lead, M&A Integrations to help bring newly acquired clinics into the Lifemark network. Reporting to the Director, Brand & Marketing Services, this role supports marketing activities across the acquisition lifecycle, from due diligence through transition and post-integration planning. You will work closely with Corporate Development, Transitions & Integrations, Technology, Operations, and the broader Marketing team to coordinate marketing involvement throughout the acquisition process. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders, and able to keep work moving in a complex environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong account management mindset, project management discipline, and the ability to use data and insights to support recommendations, influence decisions, and drive alignment.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–8+ years of progressive marketing, account management, or project management experience
  • Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, website ecosystems, and analytics tools preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in agency or multi-site, high-growth, healthcare, retail, or service-based organizations considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assess the marketing environment of potential acquisition clinics, including websites, digital platforms, analytics tools, social media, and online listings.
  • Identify marketing risks, gaps, and transition requirements that may impact integration.
  • Highlight opportunities to support marketing operations and patient growth following acquisition.
  • Prepare marketing due diligence summaries and risk insights for executive leadership.
  • Serve as the primary marketing lead supporting newly acquired clinics during transition, acting as the main point of contact between clinic stakeholders and internal Marketing teams.
  • Manage multiple integration workstreams across each deal, including website, digital platforms, listings, vendors, print materials, reporting, and local marketing support.
  • Track integration milestones and maintain documentation for acquisition-related marketing activities.
  • Support integration of marketing systems including digital analytics, marketing platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate the transition of external marketing vendors or agencies to internal marketing teams when applicable.
  • Build and maintain a standardized Marketing M&A integration playbook.
  • Develop templates and tools such as due diligence checklists and post-close integration plans.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate integration processes.
  • Partner closely with Corporate Development, Transitions & Integrations, Technology, and broader Marketing teams throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
  • Ensure marketing activities align with broader integration plans and timelines.
  • Support a positive transition experience for clinic leaders through clear communication and thoughtful sequencing of marketing changes.
