As GigaKOM continues to expand its market presence and enter new verticals, we are seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand growth, demand generation, and partner engagement across California and beyond. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is passionate about building impactful marketing programs within the technology sector. The Marketing Lead is responsible for developing and executing GigaKOM’s overall marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, partner marketing, and digital engagement . This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role that works closely with Sales, Leadership, and Technology Partners to position GigaKOM in the market, generate pipeline, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing vision with hands-on execution , with experience in B2B technology marketing, campaign management, and partner collaboration .

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing , preferably in technology or IT services
  • Strong experience with digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms )
  • Experience managing social media and digital content strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with technology vendors and partner marketing programs
  • Familiarity with SLED (K–12, higher education, government) markets
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and content creation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, HTML, and website management
  • Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Identify new marketing channels, campaigns, and growth opportunities
  • Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance and ROI
  • Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads
  • Manage email marketing, digital campaigns, and content distribution
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels aligned with sales objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with technology partners (Cisco, HPE Aruba, cybersecurity vendors, etc.) on joint campaigns
  • Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives and MDF-driven programs
  • Build long-term partner marketing relationships and campaigns
  • Align messaging and campaigns with vendor programs and incentives
  • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms
  • Oversee website updates, SEO optimization, and content strategy
  • Create and manage content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and campaigns
  • Develop marketing assets such as presentations, graphics, and videos
  • Plan and execute webinars, virtual events, and in-person engagements
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, and partner events
  • Develop promotional event strategies and manage execution
  • Support sales-driven events and on-demand campaigns
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
  • Support lead qualification, nurturing, and follow-up processes
  • Track and report on lead generation and pipeline contribution
  • Enable sales with marketing materials and campaign insights
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Drive execution while maintaining strategic oversight
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and partners
