About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically strong Clinical Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting associate therapists, fostering clinical growth, and contributing to high-quality patient care in a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Active California licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
- Must be eligible to supervise associate therapists in California
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative and engaged with the team
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in mental health treatment settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision to associate therapists
- Support case consultation and clinical decision-making
- Attend and participate in treatment team meetings
- Ensure ethical, professional, and quality clinical standards are maintained
- Offer guidance, mentorship, and support to developing clinicians
- Collaborate with leadership and multidisciplinary team members as needed
