About The Position

The Place for Children with Autism is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team. This role focuses on enriching the lives of children and families affected by autism through evidence-based, high-quality therapy. The organization is dedicated to providing exceptional care and creating positive change. Candidates located in IL, IN, IA, WI, TX, IA, MI, and MO are strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Master's degree and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification required.
• Established management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a caseload of up to 8 clients.
• Conduct assessments and craft individualized treatment programs.
• Maintain meticulous client notes and data.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and families.
• Evaluate and adapt behavior intervention plans.
• Cultivate a positive and supportive culture among the team, clients, and families.
