About The Position

Altitude Services LLC is a Dallas-based construction company specializing in historical restoration, masonry, concrete, paint and coatings, plaster work, and commercial construction. Our team completes meaningful restoration projects across Texas, and we are looking for a remote marketing support professional to help keep our online presence current and identify new business opportunities. We are hiring a Marketing / Lead Generation Assistant to support website updates, project content organization, basic marketing coordination, research, and lead generation. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, comfortable working remotely, and able to help a specialized construction company stay visible and connected to future opportunities. Construction, restoration, architecture, or commercial contractor marketing experience is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Experience in marketing support, virtual assistance, lead generation, research, or administrative support
• Strong written communication and organization skills
• Comfortable using websites, spreadsheets, online research tools, and basic marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Detail-oriented and consistent with follow-up
• Reliable internet connection and availability for regular communication during U.S. Central Time business hours

Nice To Haves

• Construction, restoration, architecture, or commercial contractor marketing experience is helpful, but not required.
• CRM or construction software experience is a plus
• Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Help review and update website content, project pages, photos, and company information
• Organize project information for marketing use
• Research potential leads, bid opportunities, project sources, and relevant contacts
• Help maintain lists, spreadsheets, CRM information, or lead tracking systems
• Support basic social media setup or content posting if needed
• Assist with quarterly website and marketing reviews
• Gather information from online sources and organize it clearly for the team
• Communicate regularly with company leadership and support staff
• Work during hours that overlap with U.S. Central Time
• Uphold company values of excellence, integrity, respect, and preservation
