This is a 6-month program at the Hollywood Casino Columbus property. The intern will be responsible for educating patrons on the value and benefits of the loyalty program, driving new enrollments, and assisting patrons with questions related to the property and loyalty program. The role also involves assisting guests with downloading, navigating, and troubleshooting the PENN Play app. The intern will identify opportunities to engage non-members and convert them into new members through proactive interaction. Additionally, the intern will support the Marketing Department with casino promotions and events by engaging directly with guests to enhance their visits and overall experience. The position requires proactively assisting customers with questions, concerns, and issues in a friendly and professional manner, directing guests to appropriate areas, and maintaining up-to-date information on casino events, promotions, and digital tools. The role demands enthusiastic support and promotion of superior customer service, adherence to all company, state, and regulatory policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters is essential. Other related and compatible duties may be assigned.
