About The Position
Marucci Sports, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fox Factory, is looking for a Marketing Intern. This dynamic role is seeking an organized and professional individual to provide crucial marketing and administrative support. The position also involves essential front-office and administrative duties, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing meeting logistics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professionalism.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming/Directing building visitors
- Meeting agendas, note taking and recaps
- Reporting (Social analytics, campaign recaps, etc.)
- Creating and editing marketing materials (presentations, flyers, email and ad briefs, etc.)
- Assist with managing company websites (proofreading, product copy, etc.)
- Assist with retail marketing (preparing retail assets, managing retail requests, etc.)
- Assist with photoshoots (shot lists, on-set support, product ordering, etc.)
- Assist with Marucci Campus Tour tasks (ticket reports, email communication, tour updates and campaign materials)
- Support influencer and partner programming (campaign management, influencer activation logistics, promo items/seeding)
- Support with event coordination (logistics and planning)
- Other duties as assigned
