About The Position

The Boca Raton is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our growing Marketing team. This role focuses primarily on digital initiatives, including website updates, social media, email marketing, analytics, and content production, while also assisting with general marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and eager to learn about luxury hospitality marketing in a fast-paced environment. The 6-month internship begins in June 2026, with the opportunity to extend an additional 6 months based on performance, and is based on-site Monday through Friday during standard business hours.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and interest in digital strategy.
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Enthusiasm for learning more about marketing and communications within the hospitality industry.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Canva, email marketing platforms, CMS platforms, or analytics tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Website updates & CMS management: Assist with routine updates to The Boca Raton’s websites using the content management system (CMS), including updating copy, new images, adding or revising menus and outlet hours, checking for broken links, and ensuring all content is accurate.
  • Email marketing: Support email marketing by proofreading content, testing links, gathering imagery and assets, and helping compile basic performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagement trends.
  • Digital listings: Help maintain accurate digital listings for all The Boca Raton’s hotels, restaurants, and amenities across platforms such as Google Business Profiles, OpenTable, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and travel/booking sites. Tasks may include updating images, ensuring business hours are current, and monitoring for outdated or incorrect content.
  • Asset management: Assist in organizing and maintaining digital asset libraries, ensuring all assets are properly uploaded, tagged, labeled, and stored. Help source assets for web, social, and email projects.
  • Social media: Support social media initiatives by helping update Instagram highlights, assisting on photo/video capture days, and coordinating with departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Internal communication: Assist with gathering and organizing information from various departments to ensure the Marketing team is aware of all new offerings, updates, and operational changes.
  • Team support: Assist the marketing team with additional day-to-day tasks when needed, such as media and influencer visit coordination, and assist with team scheduling or meeting prep.
