Marketing Intern
About The Position
Join Axos Bank’s immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. In addition to day-to-day duties, interns take part in a capstone project, sessions with business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between two sessions: May 25–August 13 or June 14–September 3. The Marketing Internship offers hands-on experience in one of five specialized areas: Strategy, Social Media, Communications, Administrative Support, or Event Coordination. Interns are assigned to a focus area based on business needs and individual interests, developing targeted skills while contributing to projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and assist in developing marketing strategies and leadership reports.
- Create and schedule content, monitor engagement metrics, and generate ideas to boost online brand presence.
- Draft and edit newsletters, press releases, and email campaigns; ensure brand consistency; and support blog and article content.
- Maintain calendars and project trackers, coordinate internal communications, and assist with vendor management and daily operations.
- Plan and organize virtual or in-person events, manage logistics and attendee communication, and collaborate on post-event reporting.
