About The Position

Tencent’s Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) promotes the company’s cloud and industry Internet strategy. It develops solutions for smart industries using technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and network security, and supports the digitalization of industries including retail, medical, education, and transportation.

Tencent is expanding its presence in the U.S. and is seeking a motivated Marketing & Sales Operations Intern to support its growing U.S. team. The intern will assist with marketing operations, event planning and execution, cross-functional projects, project tracking, research, and market analysis.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including guest registration, demo logistics, and venue coordination.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support seamless event execution.
• Support post-event follow-ups, including data collection, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Provide support for cross-functional marketing projects, helping ensure timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables, identifying and resolving bottlenecks proactively.
• Conduct research and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
