About The Position

Join our team as a Marketing Intern at our Corporate Office in Oregon! This summer internship is a great opportunity to bring your creativity to life while gaining hands-on experience with a collaborative corporate marketing team. You’ll play a key role in supporting digital content and marketing materials that make an impact across our communities.

Requirements

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong passion for social media, content creation, and digital marketing trends
Experience or interest in creating visually engaging presentations (PowerPoint or similar tools)
Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms
Assist with developing creative marketing campaigns and digital storytelling
Design and enhance presentations and marketing materials (PowerPoint, decks, visuals)
Support event planning, coordination, and promotion
Draft and assist with press releases and marketing communications
Organize and maintain marketing files and creative assets
Participate in property tours and capture content when applicable
Attend internal and external meetings as requested
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
