About The Position

The Marketing Intern role supports EFCO's Marketing team across a variety of administrative, creative, and operational functions, contributing to the team's ability to deliver effective communications, maintain brand assets, and execute marketing initiatives with excellence.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or coursework-based experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign), digital signage platforms, or content management tools preferred.
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with catalog design, short-form social media video production, and YouTube channel organization, including playlist management, metadata updates, and content audits.
  • Assist with OptiSigns platform management, including content updates, display scheduling, and basic troubleshooting to support internal and facility-facing communications.
  • Support email creation and distribution.
  • Process and reconcile credit card receipts and expense documentation.
  • Prepare and organize translated marketing materials using Google translate to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery for review and final approval.
  • Maintain organization and accurate inventory records for the EFCO gear store, ensuring items are properly catalogued and accessible.
  • Support the marketing team in the preparation, organization, and distribution of FORM MARKS publications and related INNOVATION marketing materials.
  • Assist with content development tasks as directed, contributing to the team's ability to produce consistent, on-brand communications.
  • Scan FORM MARKS, Community Involvement Committee K-files, and other physical documents requiring digitization, ensuring files are properly named, organized, and archived for team access.
