About The Position

Towne Mortgage Company, an award-winning remote company, is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. This part-time, remote, paid internship offers a flexible work environment with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, and content creation. The internship has a minimum 3-month commitment and the potential for extension based on performance and company needs.

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills are essential (portfolio required).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field with applicable experience.
Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.

Contribute to website UX/UI improvements

Responsibilities

Design a variety of digital marketing materials, including flyers, email templates, and social media content.
Assist with copywriting for email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing materials.
Scheduling social media posts using Buffer or similar platforms
Contribute to website UX/UI improvements (helpful, but not required).
Assist with HR-related marketing efforts such as developing and publishing content for the internal intranet, designing team member-branded merchandise (e.g., t-shirts), and working with external e-store vendor.
Become an advocate of our culture and adhere to our core values.
Support day-to-day tasks and other functions as assigned.
Demonstrate the ability to meet regular and reliable attendance.
