About The Position
Earth Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support its marketing and proposal team. This role offers hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and proposal development within the geotechnical engineering industry. The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter with strong communication skills who is eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment. This position is part-time, approximately 15 hours per week.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking with attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
Responsibilities
- Updating all resumes to the new template design
- Assist Marketing Coordinator in managing social media accounts
- File expired and obtain current lab certifications
- Data entry and reporting for Cosential (CRM)
- Video production and editing
- Assists marketing/proposal team in accurate completion, layout, and submittal of SOQs and other marketing materials
- Assist marketing/proposal team in maintenance of text library
- Special projects as needed
