About The Position

This role is primarily involved in creating a steady stream of content for a product or service category, deployed across multiple social media platforms. The intern will plan and execute content campaigns to meet the needs of Marketing and Online Merchandising partners. They will also monitor social media activity, moderate discussions, and engage with community members to respond to customer complaints, provide informational content, and promote brands or events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
• Strong interest in digital marketing, Google tools, and social media
• Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or similar (coursework or hands‑on experience preferred)
• Basic understanding of SEO and paid media concepts is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns (search, display, and video)
• Support SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, and performance tracking
• Help analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Create, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
• Monitor social media engagement and assist with community management
• Research social media trends, competitors, and best practices
• Support content creation, including captions, graphics, and short‑form video ideas
• Assist with reporting and presenting insights on campaign and social media performance
• Provide general marketing support for ongoing projects and initiatives
