Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
0-2 years of related experience
Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail.
Proficient with key digital marketing tools such as Canva, Adobe, and both Microsoft and Apple products.
Solid foundation in SEO and social media platform management.
Creative and adaptable, able to tailor content for diverse audiences.
Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

Social media management
Idea and content creation for agency
Inspire team members in unique ways to keep content fresh
Project management
Provide metric reports which include insights to optimize marketing efforts
Responsible for designing and implementing company's digital media plans and strategies – both long- and short-term plans/strategies
Creating & maintaining social media ads
Keep content team on board with a calendar, meeting deadlines and staying ahead of trends
Keep up to date on industry trends and competitors
Graphic design and creative artistic support
Video editing and creation support
Marketing, sales and workshop data support, review, and collaboration
Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the team.
