About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the Marketing area with Social Media and Content Creation. The role requires a candidate who is in their final year of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in Spanish and English, possesses strong computer skills, and has experience managing social media platforms and creating content. Requirements

  • Must be coursing last year of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing Management.
  • Fully Bilingual: Spanish & English
  • Creativity, initiative, attention to detail, computer knowledge and experience managing networks.
  • Experience in Writing/Copywriting.
  • Experience in Photoshop or Canva.
  • Experience in Meta Business Suite, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Experience in Brevo
  • Experience in Social Media Platforms: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and updating social media accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring online conversations.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including blog posts, graphics, videos, and other collateral to support various campaigns.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer demographics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, both online and offline, to promote brand awareness.
  • Support the creation and execution of email campaigns, including list management, content development, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and product development to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
