About The Position

CW is recognized industry wide for providing the most sophisticated capital markets structuring techniques. RealINSIGHT is CW's technology firm and a leading provider of commercial real estate finance asset management software, offering the cloud-based platform institutional CRE finance teams use to manage the full loan lifecycle in one place. We are currently seeking a marketing intern. As a Marketing Intern, you will sit on the RealINSIGHT marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing and partnering closely with sales and client management out of the New York office. Marketing here is a strategic growth engine; it drives new business, builds the brand, and shapes how RealINSIGHT shows up in the CRE finance market. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys mixing creative work, content, and behind-the-scenes operations, and who is curious about how marketing moves the needle in B2B fintech.

  • Comfortable learning new systems, including HubSpot, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice To Haves

  • Basic proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Cloud is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing team across four key areas: Product marketing collateral production: one-pagers, datasheets, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Sales enablement by formatting pitch decks, organizing collateral libraries, and prepping materials for client meetings.
  • LinkedIn content production by building graphics from existing templates, scheduling posts, and tracking engagement.
  • Email marketing execution in HubSpot, including building lists, formatting templates, QA-ing sends, and pulling performance reports.
  • Help execute conferences and events, including pre-show prep (giveaways, signage, attendee outreach), on-site support as needed, and post-event follow-up and reporting.
  • Contribute to basic website updates following the post-website refresh.
  • Pull data and prepare reporting following events and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct light competitive and market research to inform content, campaigns, and sales conversations.
  • Pitch in on ad hoc projects and other tasks as needed.
