About The Position

This role requires someone who is comfortable with structured prospect research, outbound outreach, CRM documentation, and KPI-driven follow-up. Candidates should be able to conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, and CRM or AI-assisted workflows, and work in a KPI-driven outreach environment tied to calls, conversations, qualified appointments, CRM notes, and market insights. The role involves researching, sourcing, and prioritizing prospect leads based on campaign goals and target account criteria, and documenting outreach activity, call outcomes, customer feedback, objections, follow-up needs, and prospect interest accurately. It also includes supporting appointment-setting and clean handoffs to Business Development, communicating clearly with various departments, and managing multiple campaigns, lead lists, follow-ups, and internal requests simultaneously. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys research, outreach, customer insight, and structured documentation. You will help Marketing identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, improve outreach workflows, and support AI-enabled campaign development. This is not a passive marketing role. It requires phone work, follow-up discipline, CRM accuracy, and comfort reaching out to business contacts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, customer operations, business analysis, sales operations, market research, business outreach, or a related intelligence-focused role
  • Experience conducting outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, or AI-assisted workflows
  • Strong phone communication skills and comfort with live conversations, follow-up, and appointment-setting activity
  • Experience researching and prioritizing prospect leads based on target account criteria or campaign goals
  • Ability to identify and document customer needs, pain points, business triggers, demand signals, market themes, and outreach results
  • Experience using CRM platforms, lead-management systems, structured notes, or similar documentation tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-up discipline, and data accuracy
  • Ability to support scripts, messaging frameworks, AI prompts, workflow testing, and outreach process improvement
  • Comfort working in a KPI-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Support Marketing’s market intelligence, customer insight, and AI-enabled outreach efforts
  • Conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn, CRM tools, and AI-assisted workflows
  • Research companies, contacts, customer needs, business triggers, pain points, and market trends
  • Source and prioritize prospect leads based on campaign goals and Marketing direction
  • Schedule qualified appointments for Business Development
  • Document call outcomes, customer feedback, prospect interest, objections, and follow-up needs in CRM/internal systems
  • Support outreach scripting, messaging frameworks, AI prompt development, workflow testing, and campaign improvement
  • Share useful market intelligence with Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Service, Operations, and leadership
  • Maintain strong organization, follow-up discipline, communication, accountability, and data accuracy
