The role involves researching, sourcing, and prioritizing prospect leads based on campaign goals and target account criteria, and documenting outreach activity, call outcomes, customer feedback, objections, follow-up needs, and prospect interest accurately. It also includes supporting appointment-setting and clean handoffs to Business Development, communicating clearly with various departments, and managing multiple campaigns, lead lists, follow-ups, and internal requests simultaneously. This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys research, outreach, customer insight, and structured documentation. You will help Marketing identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, improve outreach workflows, and support AI-enabled campaign development. This is not a passive marketing role.
